Introduction
Westminster Advocate Service is a registered supplier to Westminster City Council. We provide non-regulated care and support services through Direct Payments or council referrals.
If you live in Westminster and don’t require personal care (such as washing or medical procedures), you may be eligible for funded support directly from our Deaf-led, accessible team.
Section 1 – What we offer
Our team can visit you regularly to provide:

Shopping support

Domestic help (light cleaning/tidying)

Emotional support and wellbeing checks

Escort to appointments

Advocacy in your first language (BSL/ISL and more)
Note: We are not a personal care agency – we do not provide washing, dressing, or medical administration.
Section 2 – Eligibility
If you are receiving Direct Payments or have a personal budget from Westminster City Council, your social worker can refer you directly to us. We will liaise with the council on your behalf to arrange everything.
