You have four options to contact them

We provide four options based on your situation.

Option 1: 999 BSL if you are in an emergency situation.

Option 2: For Hard of Hearing Individuals

If you are hard of hearing and do not use British Sign Language (BSL) as your first language, please dial 18000 on Relay UK only for emergencies or on a minicom device.

Option 3: Deaf Health Charity Crisis Text Service

 

If you are Deaf and experiencing a crisis such as mental health issues, text DEAF to 85258 for free and immediate support. Follow the instructions provided in the screenshot below. You can also call our recommended 24-hour helpline on 0800 953 1919. Click here to connect with a BSL interpreter powered by SignVideo by Sorenson.

Option 4: Contact the Westminster Advocate Delivery Team

 

For non-urgent matters, please contact the Westminster Advocate Client Service Team. Our out-of-hours team is available 24/7 to assist with advocate enquiries. They will create a new case for you and pass it onto our fully qualified morning team. Existing clients can reach us at 0800-7-555-927.

Please note that this service is exclusively for our existing clients. If you're not currently a client, we won't be able to assist you immediately. However, we're happy to register your details for the next available appointment. Rest assured, we strictly adhere to GDPR policies to protect your data.
