HOW CLIENT SUPPORT MINUTES WORK

Each plan includes a set number of support minutes per month, structured into 30-minute appointments. Below is a breakdown of how time is allocated based on different types of support:

1. Standard 30-minute appointments

  • Every virtual video call or face-to-face meeting at our office is booked in 30-minute slots.

  • Each 30-minute session will be deducted from your monthly allowance (210 minutes for the Standard Plan and 300 minutes for the Business Membership).

2. Face-to-Face meetings outside Our Central London office

  • If a meeting takes place outside of our office (e.g., at your home, workplace, or another location within London), a minimum of 2 hours (120 minutes) will be deducted from the monthly allowance, regardless of the actual duration.

  • This applies to both Standard Plan (210 minutes) and Business Membership (300 minutes).

3. Paperwork and extended support

  • If paperwork is not completed within the 30-minute slot, additional minutes will be deducted until the task is finished.

  • For example, if replacing a work permit over the phone takes 43 minutes, including hold time, then 43 minutes will be deducted from your monthly allowance.

4. Additional support beyond your monthly allowance

  • If you require more than your allocated minutes in a given month, additional support is available at £45 per hour.
