Westminster Advocate Service™ provides specialist advocacy and BSL communication support for Deaf and disabled workers across the UK.
All support is eligible for funding through Access to Work.
What we help with:

Requesting reasonable adjustments

Understanding or replying to formal letters

Attending meetings and grievance procedures

Reviewing legal or policy documents in plain English or BSL

Navigating mental health and wellbeing issues related to work

Advocacy in redundancy, pay disputes, or disciplinary processes

Who can use this service?

You must be currently employed or self-employed

You must have a long-term health condition or disability
-
You must have (or be applying for) an Access to Work award

Funded through Access to Work
All our workplace advocacy packages are covered by Access to Work under their “support worker” and “communication support” categories.
We can also help you manage your hours and submit your claim.
Each session is recorded in your activity log and claimable via Access to Work.
You’ll receive detailed timesheets and invoices for full transparency.
