CONTACT & ENQURIES
Get in Touch with Westminster Advocate Service
Q: What services do you offer?
A: We provide casework, advocacy, and Access to Work support for Deaf and disabled individuals at workplace.
Q: How do I become a client?
A: Fill out our online registration form and book a consultation. A team member will be in touch to guide you through next steps.
Q: Are your services free?
A: We charge a fixed rate. A 30-minute consultation is £65. Monthly packages start at £300 + VAT. Funding may be available via Access to Work.
Q: Do you support BSL users?
A: Yes, our team is Deaf-led and fluent in BSL. All services are accessible with communication support if needed.
Q: Can you help with housing or benefits?
A: Yes. We assist with housing applications, medical evidence, PIP/UC/WCA appeals, and more.
Q: Do you work with Access to Work?
A: Yes. We specialise in Access to Work (AtW) support — applications, renewals, monthly claims and coordinating AtW-funded services such as advocacy, interpreting and workplace adjustments.
Many clients manage their own AtW online portal — in which case no additional paperwork is required beyond our standard service agreement.
However, some clients may need our assistance because they:
• are unfamiliar with the AtW portal
• have difficulty with digital systems or organising invoices
• experience disabilities, health conditions or require BSL support
For these clients, we provide full administrative support including managing the AtW online portal, uploading invoices, and submitting monthly claims — on behalf of the client and contractual suppliers.
These clients are required to:
Sign our authorisation documents:
-
AtW Portal Access Consent ·
-
Supplementary Administrative Agreement ·
-
Data Protection & Confidentiality Notice ·
-
Claims Review & Declaration Agreement.
Attend our office or, if unable, arrange a home visit (Greater London only) or a remote video-call.
If the video-call option is used, the client must send written email instruction authorising us to submit the claim on their behalf and approve the form before we click the declaration.
This process ensures accuracy, transparency and full compliance with AtW regulations, GDPR and our professional standards.
Q: What areas do you cover?
A: We’re based in Paddington, London but work remotely across the UK. In-person visits can be arranged where appropriate.
