Appointment Policy
At Westminster Advocate Service, we aim to provide efficient and reliable support to all our clients. Please note the following policies regarding appointments:

Minimum Appointment Length:

Each appointment is allocated a minimum of 30 minutes from your allowance, regardless of the actual duration. For example, if your appointment lasts 10 minutes, 30 minutes will still be deducted from your monthly allowance (e.g., 300 minutes per month allows for approximately 10 appointments).

Funding Requirements:

We prioritise appointments for existing clients with approved funding, such as Access to Work or Direct Payments. If you already have funding in place, please proceed to book your appointment.

Self-funding clients are also welcome to book appointments if they are covering their own costs.

If you are not yet a client, we invite you to register your details to begin the process. Our team will assist you in applying for the necessary funding so you can access our services.
